[Upgrade to the latest firmware]:
- Download the latest firmware from cudy.com/lt500_software_download
- Unzip the firmware.
- Connect to LT500’s network via WiFi or Ethernet.
- Follow manual instructions to log into the web management page of LT500.
- Go to Advanced Settings -> Firmware, Choose the firmware you unzipped to upload.
- Wait 2 minutes for it restart.
Smack Mobile/[T-Mobile & T-Mobile B2B Static IP]:
- Follow [Upgrade to the latest firmware]. #Very important#
- Wait 2 minutes for it restart and then check if the router connect to the internet, if not, follow below instructions.
- go to General Settings -> 3G/4G
- Set Network mode as 4G only, Set APN profile as Manual, Set APN as fast.t-mobile.com (Note:for static IP plan, set APN as b2b.static ), Leave username and password as blank. Set Authentication as PAP+CHAP.
- Save all the settings and then check.
If the internet still not work after all, then please wait 5 minutes and then go to System status -> System card -> More details -> System log to download the log and send it to our support team.
