Porting your T-Mobile phone number to Smack Mobile

Transfer a phone number

1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the number to transfer.
2. From  Manage Accounts find the line with the number to transfer and select the three dots icon. Select Transfer number.
3. Enter the following details:
   • Number to transfer
   • Preferred transfer date
   • Account number
   • Account password/PIN
4. Select Submit and you will receive a transaction number to check status of the transfer on the Transaction History page.

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
