You can use third party applications such as Kiosk Lockdown, Fully Kiosk that provide kiosk model operation. More comprehensive management of the devices including corporate enrollment and remote management can be achieved via MDMs like AirDroid, ManageEngine, Esper, Hexnode, Meraki and Intune.
